Following the impactful success of its previous editions in Casablanca (2024) and Istanbul (2025), the Global Change Summit 2026 continues its mission of creating meaningful global dialogue and measurable impact. Hosted in Amsterdam, a city known for innovation, sustainability leadership, and international connectivity, GCS 2026 will convene a diverse network of professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, civil society representatives, and students under one roof.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply
GCS 2026 welcomes applications from individuals who are passionate about leadership, global issues, and creating meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
Applicants should:
- Be between 17 and 40 years of age at the time of the summit.
- Have an interest in leadership, global affairs, innovation, or public policy
- GCS 2026 is open to students, professionals, entrepreneurs, activists, and individuals from all fields
- Demonstrate motivation to learn, grow, and engage in global discussions
- Have a willingness to contribute to dialogue, collaboration, and idea-sharing
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be committed to participating in the full duration of the summit

The Global Change Summit has already built a strong foundation through its first two successful editions:
The 1st Edition, GCS 2024 in Casablanca, Morocco brought together a diverse international delegation for four days of impactful dialogue, leadership sessions, and cross-cultural engagement. The summit established OGPD’s global presence and set the benchmark for meaningful international collaboration.
The 2nd Edition, GCS 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey expanded participation and influence, featuring dynamic learning labs, strategic networking sessions, and stronger cross-border partnerships. The Istanbul edition strengthened collaborations and amplified the summit’s international recognition. Yes, the Fully Funded category requires a non-refundable and non-transferable application fee, regardless of the outcome of the selection process.
Yes, all delegates attending GCS 2026 will receive certificates recognizing their participation, engagement, and contribution during the summit.
For Self-Funded and Forum Access categories, there is no evaluation process, and responses are typically provided within 2–3 working days after successful application submission.
There are 15 Fully Funded slots and 35 Partially Funded slots available under the funded category. Applicants do not need to submit separate applications for both categories. By applying for the Fully Funded category, you will automatically be considered for the evaluation process of the Partially Funded slots as well.
