This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for conference registrations made through our online platform.
Important: Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of credit vouchers (OGPD Credit Vouchers or OCVs) usable for future OGPD conferences or events only.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are not available for Fully Funded Delegates, as application fee paid under Fully Funded category is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Self-Funded Delegates and Direct Entrance Delegates may be eligible for an OGPD Credit Voucher under the following conditions:

Cancellation Fees:
If the delegate opt for an installment plan to pay registration amount, and only the first installment of the conference fee has been paid by the delegate, the first installment will be retained as a cancellation fee, and no OCV will be issued.

Refund Request Process:
To request an OGPD Credit Voucher, please send an email to info@theogpd.org with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Conference Name]”.
Email should include Your full name, Order number, Reason for refund request, Supporting documentation (if applicable).

Special Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or change speakers, topics, dates, times, and locations without liability. We will update any changes on our website or social media.
In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure events like natural disasters or acts of terrorism), OGPD reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Reimbursement Policy (Fully Funded Delegates):
Fully Funded Delegates who attend the entire conference will receive a form to complete for travel reimbursement. The form will request basic information and bank account details. Reimbursement processing can take 4-8 weeks after receiving the completed form.
Invitation Only Category:
The registration fee for the Invitation Letter is non-refundable and non-transferable. Securing a visa is solely the delegate’s responsibility. The institute will only provide an invitation letter for visa assistance purposes.
Policy Amendments:
OGPD reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the official OGPD website.
