By applying for or registering for any OGPD program, summit, or event (hereinafter referred to as “Program”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms become binding upon submission of your application or registration, and acceptance of these conditions is mandatory for participation.

1. Eligibility and Application Submission
   • Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria outlined on the official program website.
   • All submitted information must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Any falsification or omission may result in disqualification without prior notice.
   • OGPD communicates application or registration status via email. Decisions regarding selection or acceptance are at the sole discretion of OGPD and are final.
   • Selected applicants must confirm participation within the specified timeframe. Failure to confirm may result in forfeiture of the opportunity.

2. Application and Registration Fees
   • Applicants applying under the Fully Funded Category must pay a non-refundable application processing fee during submission.
   • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Non-selection for the Fully Funded category
• Withdrawal of application or registration
• Changes in program dates, location, format, or cancellation
  • The registration fee paid under the Invitation Letter only category is non-refundable and non-transferable.  
  • By participating, applicants agree not to pursue legal actionagainst OGPD regarding the non-refundability of the application fee. Participants must refrain from any form of defamation (oral, visual, or auditory) against OGPD. Violations will result in legal action.

3. Program Modifications, Postponement, and Cancellation
   • OGPD reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, pandemics, political events, or travel restrictions.
   • Applicants or participants will be notified of changes using the contact details provided.
   • OGPD is not liable for any financial losses or additional costs incurred by applicants due to modifications, postponements, or cancellations.

4. Travel and Participation
   • Selected Fully Funded participants will receive travel and accommodation support according to OGPD policies.
   • Participants are responsible for securing visas or travel permits. OGPD provides supporting documentation i.e. invitation letter, but is not liable for visa rejections or travel disruptions.
   • Selected participants must attend all scheduled sessions and activities. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and forfeiture of benefits.

5. Media Consent and Publicity
   • By participating in any OGPD program, you consent to photographs, videos, and recordings of you being captured.
   • OGPD may use these materials for promotional purposes across media platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
   • By applying, participants grant OGPD the right to use their name, biography, and submitted materialsfor promotional purposes related to the program.
   • By accepting these terms, you agree that:

• Once your images or videos are published, OGPD is not obligated to remove them upon request.
• Requests to exclude future use of your photographs or recordings will be considered at OGPD’s discretion but will not apply retroactively.
• You waive any rights to review, approve, or claim compensation for the use of your likeness in promotional materials.

6. Code of Conduct
   • Participants must act professionally and respectfully at all times.
   • Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may lead to immediate expulsion, disqualification, and exclusion from future OGPD programs.
   • Participants are liable for any damages caused to event property and may be required to compensate for repair or replacement costs.

7. Liability
   • OGPD is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during participation in any program.
   • Participants are encouraged to arrange personal travel insurance covering unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or lost luggage.
   • OGPD is not liable for any legal, travel-related, or personal consequences resulting from participants’ actions.

8. Force Majeure
   • OGPD shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
   • By submitting an application or registration, you consent to OGPD collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for program management, communication, and evaluation purposes.
   • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where necessary for program operations, legal compliance, or trusted service providers.

10. Payment Information
    • Payments made on OGPD platforms are securely processed via third-party providers. OGPD does not store complete payment information.

11. Acceptance of Terms
    • By applying, registering, or participating in any OGPD program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • Continued use of OGPD platforms or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
