The first edition of World Leaders Convention 2025, held at the AC Hotel by Marriott San Sebastián de los Reyes in Madrid, Spain, from June 27–30, 2025, welcomed 60+ delegates from 35+ countries. The program featured a diverse range of sessions designed to equip participants with practical skills, global perspectives, and actionable strategies. From immersive learning labs and interactive workshops to thought-provoking talks and masterclasses, delegates explored topics such as sustainable leadership, grassroots governance, implementation science, and navigating international opportunities. These sessions fostered hands-on learning, cross-cultural dialogue, and meaningful collaboration, empowering participants to turn insights into real-world impact.

Yes, the Fully Funded category requires a non-refundable and non-transferable application fee, regardless of the outcome.

Yes, all delegates upon attending WLC 2026 will receive certificates recognizing their contribution, participation, and learning experience at the convention.

For Forum Access and Self-Funded categories, there is no evaluation process, and responses are typically provided within 2–3 working days after successful application submission.

There are 15 Fully Funded slots and 35 Partially Funded slots available under the funded category. Applicants do not need to submit separate applications for both categories; by applying for the Fully Funded category, you will automatically be considered for evaluation process of Partially Funded slots as well.
